Regional Field Support Accounting Specialist

We are leaders in each of our respective service lines, including Vapor Control, Chemical Cleaning, Tank Cleaning, Water Treatment, Vacuum Services, Hydroblasting, Hydroexcavation, and Industrial Logistics & Transportation.
1.
Manage and train Branch Admin's in customer tracking/billing systems, Sage 100, and ENAIS Accounting process, including AR and AP.
2.
Develop and implement billing improvements within the region.
3.
Monitor billing improvement needs within the region.
4.
Monitor all branch admin's meet monthly closing schedule.
5.
Conduct Branch billing audits monthly.
6.
Customer billing for turnarounds and assist Branch billing as needed.
Requirements Proficient in MS Office software Excellent oral/written communication skills Knowledge of accounting, accounts receivables and accounts payable processes Travel to various branches throughout the region Work
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years work experience in a related field.
Recommended Skills Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Auditing Communication Microsoft Office Billing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
