Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director, Clinical Education, to join our Clinical Operations Team.
As the Clinical Education Director, the individual will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing educational programs for employees both initial and ongoing competencies with Hospital and ASCs representatives.
To enhance the knowledge and skills of professionals through collaboration with various stakeholders to assess general learning needs.
This position requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and excellent communication and teaching skills.
Educational Program Development:
Collaborate with nursing and clinical leadership to assess learning needs and develop educational programs to address identified gaps.
Design curricula, learning objectives, and instructional materials for educational programs, workshops, and in-service training sessions.
Incorporate adult learning principles and instructional strategies to maximize learning outcomes.
Develop and implement competency assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
Collaborate with hospitals and ASCs education department to develop educational materials, presentations, and online resources.
Develop role-specific onboarding education for new employees.
Design annual education for clinical and non-clinical team members Develop and assist with implementation of competency building.
Assess and address learning needs of those served.
Create educational goals, objectives, and strategies using learning principles and available educational tools and technology.
Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and learner outcomes.
Utilize performance improvement methodology as a means of enacting sustained improvements.
Ensure that customer needs and expectations are considered in the development of and continuous improvement of processes, products, and services.
Design and analyze process and outcome measures to evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability.
Direct committees, teams and initiatives as needed.
Collaboration and Consultation:
Collaborate with various departments, such as Surgery Partners Corporate Team, hospitals and ASCs facility leaders, compliance, and nursing leadership.
Serve as a resource and consultant to facility leaders for content development.
Stay updated on the latest clinical guidelines and regulations to address educational needs of surgery partner employees.
Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Master's or Doctorate in Healthcare.
Minimum of 5 years' direct healthcare experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to support hospitals and ASCs within the Surgery Partners portfolio.
Ability to function independently and work collaboratively.
High interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written skills.
Exceptional leadership and customer service skills.
Ability to take initiative and meet objectives and timelines.
Ability to educate all audiences.
Recommended Skills Adult Education Analytical Business Process Improvement Clinical Works Communication Consulting Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
