Job DetailsJob LocationRock Springs - Rock Springs, WYPosition TypeFull TimeDescriptionProvide education and enrollment assistance for uninsured children and adults to access subsidized, low-cost and free health insurance programs through the health insurance marketplace, Medicaid, and the Childrens Health Insurance Program (CHIP)Sliding fee screening and enrollmentSpecial Services screening and enrollmentAssist patients with payment plans or other financial hardship programsVerify eligibility and obtain authorizations for surgeries, in-office procedures, and other billable servicesCollect patient responsibility for procedures and services and schedule in-office proceduresMeet with new OB patients and follow OB intake workflows and proceduresCoordinate with Pharmacy department for IUD or 340B related productsAssists Clinic Administrator with monthly inventory Provide relevant documents and materials to patientsAttend and successfully complete all required training programs; participate in ongoing conference calls, webinars, and other professional development opportunities Assist at the front desk as neededOther duties as assigned by the Enrollment ManagerQualificationsHigh school graduate (or GED)One-year experience in the healthcare industry preferredAble to relate to the public in all areas (racial, ethnic, and economic)Possess a calm disposition and the ability to work easily with peoplePossess excellent customer service skillsAbility to communicate in English and Spanish preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
